Lori Bonner
Educational Director
Lori serves as the Education Director. Her duties are largely built around teaching, organizing, and administering the Corona Symphony Conservatory. The Conservatory teaches string students of all ages and skill levels, and is growing to meet the needs of the greater Corona area. She was a founding member of the Corona Symphony, playing French horn.
Lori currently teaches orchestra and band at El Cerrito Middle School in Corona. Shas taught music at more than twenty of the Corona-Norco Unified School District’s schools and has also worked with students at the intermediate and high school level in surrounding areas. In the process, she has instructed thousands of young musicians. Lori saw the need for having a vibrant string program in the area. In response to this, she and Don Kindred, of the Corona Symphony Orchestra, combined their shared vision for this type of program and formed the Corona Symphony Conservatory.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Music Education, a Master’s Degree in Education, a Teaching Credential in Music, and a Cross-Cultural, Language and Academic Development Credential, a Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Studies and a Juris Doctorate.
Lori lives in the Inland Empire with her husband Scott, and their dogs and pigeons.
